CD-R is now well accepted as the ideal tool for data storage, data distribution, software authoring, and multimedia because of its cost effectiveness and backward compatibility to the millions of CD-ROM drives installed throughout the world. CD-R records to write-once media, the recorded data is saved with ultimate protection.
