Introduction
Without doubt, Logitech has emerged a renowned leader in "mous-ing" technology. Apart from successfully pioneering a cordless range of PC peripherals for the masses (including keyboards and mice), their optical mice have also dominated the market since its debut, following closely after Microsoft's own rendition. Hence, it was only a matter of time, that their latest Mouseman rodent naturally evolved to embrace both technologies - optical precision and cordless freedom.
The MouseMan Cordless Optical represents a climatic convergence of these techonologies, purportedly empowering users with unprecedented flexibility and accuracy. Short of including IFeel interactivity (with vibrational responses), this Logitech rodent seemingly has it all...
Thus, it was with great anticipation that I took delivery of Logitech's little critter at my doorstep, courtesy of Silicon Horizon. Having personally sampled and joyously retained the IFeel Optical (previously reviewed here), I had high expectations for this latest successor. Thereafter, commenced my unassuming investigation to confirm the rodent's practical performance, and irrevocably affirm its true potential in the mousing arena.
